first Preliminary CDP to COGCC staff
COGCC staff reviews the Preliminary CDP for completeness
CDP posted to the COGCC website
Public invited to comment on the CDP through a publiccomment portal

Second public meeting held by SRC Energy, if necessary

Hearing on the request to stay all applications within the CDP Area during the CDP process

SRC Energy modifies CDP in response to public comments

SRC Energy continues outreach meetings with COGCC staff, agencies, and other stakeholders to modify CDP for final submittal

COGCC staff will post the final CDP to the website for final public comment

Notice of Hearing on the final CDP is issued to all interested parties

The Commission will hold a hearing on approval of the Final CDP
